Request for Data

Hi all, I am currently working on a deep learning architecture to handle biomechanical data for more robust and easy scaling.
Currently, I don't have enough good samples to start training my network.
For the moment I am looking only for data that used models: Gait2392_Simbody, Gait2354_Simbody.

I would appreciate it if you could send me as a community some of your data.
The data needs to be in this format:
subject Folder:
  • ScaledModel.osim
  • marker data - Static.trc
  • optional (in the same folder)
  • marker data - dynamic.trc
  • IK results - Dynamic_IK.mot
  • additional data (age, mass...).
(names of the data structures may be different, but using OpenSim formats)
links to your data can be sent Via mail to: itaycoif@post.bgu.ac.il
After the data will be structured I will post the entire data set for the use of the community so please don't send any personal subject data.
