gaslat140_l turning on/off and overactive running static optimization during stance

I'm ultimately looking at joint reaction forces in the intact limb of an amputee model. However, the gaslat140_l is on throughout the entirety of stance (aside from a random dropoff). I've included a plot of the output muscle forces for the plantarflexors for comparison. Wondering if anyone has seen something similar before or has additional tips on troubleshooting?
