ID Validation

Post by Ryan Davis » Mon Jun 01, 2009 12:50 pm

Hello,

I am trying to validate the angles that open sim gives me to the VICON data I have from my motion lab. I am still trying to get my feet under open sim so the answer to my problem may be simple. But after I scale my model, run inverse kinematics and dynamics and plot the results the flexion angles look good. But the adduction and rotation angles are way off.

Any ideas?

Hi Ryan,

Please check the forum thread below for a discussion related to the "validation" of joint angles computed by OpenSim vs. Motion Capture.

Hope this helps,
