How to build a musculoskeletal model

Post by zhibo zhang » Tue Mar 29, 2022 7:47 pm

We wanna build a musculoskeletal model of mice, but it seems like SIMM could not be purchased anymore. So I wonder if there is any other methods that we could use to build a .osim file for Opensim, so that we can further do some IK/ID computation afterwards.

There is a mouse hindlimb model available in the "Musculoskeletal model of the mouse (Mus musculus) hindlimb and pelvis" project, in case that is helpful: https://simtk.org/projects/mousehindlimb.
