scaling issue

I'm trying to insert Solid Works parts into osim model through Matlab scripting. My problem is that I cannot adjust the size of the object parts as required. They always remain huge. I already tried changing the unit of the SolidWorks parts to mm, m, inches but the problem remains. Is that anything else that I could change?!
