I have three questions regarding the metabolic rate estimated with OpenSim metabolic probe.

From the documentation above,
1) We know that we can get the metabolic rate of each muscle when running CMC, can we also get the same thing with static optimization?
2) In the script "metabolicsSlowTwitchRatios_gait10dof18musc" that is located in the model folder "Gait10dof18musc", the values refer to the percentage of soft-twitch muscle fibers, right? I compared the values with the references in that documentation, but they are not the same at all. May I know what those values refer to, and where they get the values?
3) It is stated that "Note that a slow-twitch ratio of "-1" can be entered for muscles whose ratio of slow- to fast-twitch fibers is unknown", what does -1 mean?
