OpenSim, dealing with body frames

Hello everyone,
I would like to know if you may help me regarding the following issues:

1) I would need to export the body frames (in the form of homogeneous
matrices expressed in world) after solving the inverse kinematics.

and

2) Opposite problem: I would need to drive the model using as input the
body frames (instead of the markers), and calculate the inverse
kinematics and other data based on that.

Can you please let me know if that would be possible and how?
