I have a question about using OpenSim.
More specifically, I want to find the muscle forces (in the quadriceps) under isometric contraction. I measured the flexion angle (constant at 90 degrees) and ground reaction force as a function of time . Will appreciate any example that does this task or any guidance that you may provide. There are a few strategies you could take. If you already know the joint angles as functions of time, you won't need to run the Inverse Kinematics (IK) Tool; however, to make it easier to follow the examples in the documentation, you could create a file similar to what IK would generate.
