Muscle Force under Isometric Contraction

I have a question about using OpenSim.
More specifically, I want to find the muscle forces (in the quadriceps) under isometric contraction. I measured the flexion angle (constant at 90 degrees) and ground reaction force as a function of time . Will appreciate any example that does this task or any guidance that you may provide. Thank you so much for your time.

There are a few strategies you could take. If you already know the joint angles as functions of time, you won't need to run the Inverse Kinematics (IK) Tool; however, to make it easier to follow the examples in the documentation, you could create a file similar to what IK would generate. A good place to start might be the "Overview of OpenSim Workflows" page in the documentation (https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:8 ... +Workflows). You could then work through Tutorial 1, Tutorial 3, and the "Working with Static Optimization" example (https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:8 ... +Tutorials).
