Unable to open opensim files

Hi, I just downloaded & installed OpenSim 4.4 on my Windows 10 computer with a 64 bit operating system. Although I am able to launch the application without issue, I keep getting the following error message whenever I try to open any .osim model:

C:\Program Files\OpenSim 4.4\opensim\threejs\editor\6b46b50e.json (Access is denied)

What is causing this issue? Is there some kind of administrative permission I am lacking, or is it because my program files folder has a space in it? Please let me know what I should do to fix this issue. Thank you!
