CEINMS: Hybrid mode: weight parameter estimation

Hi everyone

I dont know whether its the right place to post it but I dont think CEINMS forums is being managed now. so I will just go ahead.

Are there any tools/code available to determine the "weight" parameters for hybrid mode in accordance with https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/a ... 9014005284?

Any help would be much appreciated.
