CMC failed during simulation gait at sitting position 90 degrees

Good day,
I have subject at sitting on chair at 90 degrees. when I run the simulation for IK, ID, RRA every is fine however, when it comes to select tool exestuation failed run the CMC. Please help and see the attached. Thanks in advance.
