is it possible to stimulate a model with accelerometer data alone

Hi everyone,

I have to stimulate head neck model with Imu and Emg data alone .

at hand I have 1)accelerometer data(x y z ) ,Emg data -for six muscles alone.

how can I incorporate this experimental data into open sim with accelerometer data alone,

or do we have to get additional data's for performing the model stimulations like rotational matrix/quaternions

if so how can i get those rotational matrix/quaternions
