Executing Computed Muscle Control Takes too long

Good day,
Would you please why CMC it takes to long to execute the simulation. the messages shown the following: Any recommendation will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
"Coordinate.setValue: coordinate pelvis_ty is locked. Unable to change its value.
Coordinate.setValue: coordinate hip_flexion_r is locked. Unable to change its value.
Coordinate.setValue: coordinate hip_flexion_l is locked. Unable to change its value.
Coordinate.setValue: coordinate knee_angle_l is locked. Unable to change its value.

Setting optimizer print level to 0.
Setting optimizer convergence tolerance to 1.0e-05.
Setting optimizer maximum iterations to 1000.
Setting cmc controller to not use verbose printing.
