How to turn off muscle physiology in Static Optimization

Hi,
Can I ask how to turn off the use of muscle physiology during the static optimization please? I've tried both Api and GUI to toggle off the use of it, but I still constantly got the error message about some muscles unable to equilibrate. I'm using the latest version 4.4, not sure if this is the newly added feature that no matter whether flv is required, it will have to involve muscle contraction dynamics in the SO. If there is any way of only using Fmax in the SO but ignoring the flv relations, that would be great. Thanks in advance.
