Visualizer window

Dear all,
we have a problem to display the content in the visualizer window. We alway get an error.
"Access Denied (policy_denied)
(Your system policy has denied access to the requested URL.)" when we load a model.
We are located within a hospital infrastructure.
We asked for support from our IT services. We get the following anser back:
"In this application you use a browser call in the form http(s)://172.26.160.224..., which apparently points to the IP address of localhost.
Due to Internet restrictions in our company, browser access is blocked via IP address and only permitted via host name.
Would it be possible to modify this call accordingly, e.g. to http(s)://localhost...?"
Do someone know how we can find a solution for that.
