I have recorded a sit to stand movement with the help of OpenCap. This worked without any further problems.
I have now integrated an additional actuator into my model, which is supposed to be an active knee orthosis. Now I would like to recalculate the muscle forces.
However, I am missing the SetUp files. How can I create them? I got a motion file and the file of the markers.
I would like to investigate the effects of the knee orthosis. I thought that I would first have to run the Inverse Kinematics Tool, then RRA and finally CMC.
