Is it possible to analyze applied force from an orthotic without gait analyses lab data??

Hello everyone, I had design an orthotic at CATIA and I want to analyze the applied force from the orthotic to pelvice and lumbar area by OpenSim. But I haven't manufacture this orthose so no one hadn't wear it and I don't have any gait analyses lab data. Is it possible to perform
