AnalyzeTool Crashing MatLab

Hello,

I am trying to run an Analysis solely through MatLab, however it is crashing MatLab when running it. The code I am using is an edited version of the standard "setupAndRunAnalyzeBatchExample" tool from OpenSim, with Static Optimization and Muscle Analysis running on my data. The code runs through two trials, then crashes, which is bothersome as it would be nice to run all the trials at once. I think I have seen others address a similar issue, but I am not sure exactly how they fixed it. I assume some individuals have fixed this issue for themselves, as it should not be the most complicated process, but I was wondering if anyone who has fixed this could provide the solutions they used? I am hoping this is an error I can solve and not just an error that has to do with the storage on my computer and amount of files the Analyze Tool produces.
