CMC Results Validation

Post by Josée Mallah » Thu May 02, 2024 6:59 am

Hello,
I followed the OpenSim pipeline for a walking model - scaling, IK, ID, RRA, and CMC. I got good results, that correlated well to the published data and also had low residuals and pErr.
I am now trying to compare the CMC results with the published EMG (which is normalized to the gait cycle and averaged for both legs); I can't see much similarity. I am attaching a spreadsheet with the published data as well as muscle excitation plots and a zipped video of the walking model.
Any feedback on my results or advice on how to compare/validate the CMC results?
Thank you
