InducedAccelerations, roll constraint

Post by Tom Correa » Sun Dec 13, 2009 8:05 pm

I have tried to use the 'roll' contact constraint for an InducedAcceleration analysis of a scaled version of the gait2392 model - however, I can't seem to get any meaningful (non-zero) outputs when (a) I'm investigating accelerations of the center of mass, and (b) the "compute_potentials_only" flag is turned on.

I used the following RollingOnSurfaceConstraint parameters: isDisabled: true. rolling_body: calcn_r (or l). surface_body: ground. surface_normal: 0 1 0. surface_height: 0. friction_coefficinet: 0.7. contact_radius: 0.01.

Hi Tom,

Were you able to find a solution to this problem. I am experiencing a similar problem right now, and be been unable to find the cause.
