Models sinking through floor???

I'm brand new to OpenSim, and I used OpenCap to capture kinematics data about a dancer jumping, and it saved as a .mot file. When I open the file in the OpenSim GUI and play it, all I see is the skeleton in the starter position slowly sinking through the floor? (I'm using OpenSim 4.5 on Mac OS). What am I doing wrong? Please help!
