Changes in Gait2392 between versions

Hi all,
so I have started in Opensim 3.3 with the GUI and used the Gait2392 model with its given example setups (Scale,IK,RRA) and added a Static Optimization and Joint Reaction Analysis step to simulate gait.
Since i wanted to automate the process and manually adjust the masses of the bodies after the RRA step, i downloaded a newer opensim package in conda to script in python. After accessing the .osim model after RRA via my python interface i couldn't load it again in the Opensim 3.3 GUI. I thought this was beacuse of conflicting versions of opensim in conda and the GUI.

So I installed a new opensim version (4.4) with the according conda package and deleted opensim 3.3.
I conducted the simulations again with the example setup files and have now different muscle forces and joint loads that occurr.
Was the Gait2392 model changed from Opensim 3.3 to 4.4 or do I overlook something else that has been adapted?
