Hi everyone,

I am currently working on a project using OpenSim and facing a challenge with the inverse kinematics (IK) output. OpenSim's IK results provide relative anatomical angles, but for my research, I need to compare these results with my IMU data, which consists of absolute segment angles.

Has anyone dealt with a similar issue? Can someone guide me on how to convert the relative anatomical angles from OpenSim to absolute segment angles? Any scripts, references, or tips would be highly appreciated.
