how to use opensim if have c3d file.

I have a C3D file from the gait lab. Although I have converted it into .trc and .mot files, I am not getting any muscle data. Additionally, I am new to this and don't know how to add a skeleton to my gait data. kindly share any full tutorial videos related to this.
