I am trying to compare joint angles obtained from OpenCap and Vicon, however in some instances there is a large offset. This may be due to different definitions of angles, however, I have been unable to find definitions of the angles calculated in OpenSim. I would be grateful if anyone could point me in the direction of angle definitions from the LaiUlrich2022 model when processed in OpenSim.

The LaiUhlrich2022 model is based on the LaiArnold (https://link.springer.com/article/10.10 ... 017-1920-7) and Rajagopal (https://nmbl.stanford.edu/wp-content/up ... 505900.pdf). These would be great places to start to learn about the construction of these models.
