Scale model problem

Hello,
I am facing a problem with scaling a generic model with marker data that I found online. As seen in the picture, after scaling the model the markers move to the side of the model. And when I add the experimental marker data from Navigator -> Motions -> static pose, those appear one the back of the model with a different posture. I can't figure out what I am missing.
I have also used the scale factors as indicated by the tutorial (see picture).
