Double Pendulum

I am placing an imu in an OpenSim double pendulum model. I want to oscillate between 0 and 30 degrees for this q2 ball. I am entering the IMU placer coordinates as quaternion. The starting angle of q2 in the double pendulum is -60 degrees. I am making this -60 degrees 0 degrees by entering the coordinates '0.70710,0.0,0.0,-0.70719' for q2 into the IMU Placer. Are there any other ways to change the starting angle?
