Subject under the ground after scaling

Post by Shujia Jiang » Tue Aug 13, 2024 7:44 am

Hi! I'm currently using Rajagopal2015 as my generic model. However, when I use the scale tool, the scaled model appears underground in a lying position, which should've been standing on the ground. I've tried to edit the ground reaction force in the osim file, as well as editing in the GUI(properties tab), but none of these worked. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks!

Hi, I think this issue might be related to the coordinate system of your experimental data. Does your markers look standing upright when you preview them? If not, transforming your data before scaling could help: https://opensimconfluence.atlassian.net ... Mocap+Data
