OpenSim support on arm64 (Snapdragon x Elite)

Post by Sunny Cai » Thu Oct 17, 2024 9:16 pm

Hi there! As far as I know, there isn't an arm64 version of OpenSim yet. I recently got a new laptop with the Snapdragon X elite processor and it seems that the prism emulation allows me to install it, but the simulation environment is just a grey box. Opening a model etc seems to work, just that the simulation environment isn't shown. I completely understand that there isn't compatibility with windows arm64 right now but is there any future plans on it?

Thanks! :D

Just an update:
I installed version 4.4 and it seems to work! The windows seem to be rescaled to really tiny but im just happy it works! Still curious about any future support though.
