Issue opening .stp file in opensim4.5 version

Hi All,
I am trying to open .stp file in Opensim 4.5 version but it is not working. I am getting error message in text file saying
" [info] Updating Model file from 10500 to latest format..."
I am not sure regarding the .stp model built version but I saw the "/* preprocessor_version */ 'ST-DEVELOPER v20', " when I open the .stp file in notepad ++ . I am not sure how to convert the model from ST-DEVELOPER v20 to compatible version to open in Opensim latest version.
Can any one help me to fix the problem so that i can open the model in Opensim version 4.5.
