Hi,
I am tryiong to run inverse dynamics, for a full body model, and when i tried executoing it, the values seem to be huge, can someone help me with the issue. I have attached files too for you reference.please help

Hi Mahshida,

Could you provide more info on the problem, for example, what time range are you attempting to run ID on? And what model are you using (it was not provided in the materials that you shared)?

Based on your data, you ran IK over a range that includes time where the subject was in-contact with the ground, but not with the overground force plate. If you are also running ID over that time range, you might expect the residual forces to be quite large where there is no GRF data, but when we know the subject was in contact with the ground.

Hope this helps!
Jon

Hi jon,
I am trying to run the ik from 5.56-6.28 where the model is in contact with the force plate. I tried rinning id for the same as well as using 6hz as the cutoff frewquency, THe data seems to be too eerie. I have added the c3d file too for your reference.
Thanks a lot
