Obtaining Activation data from OpenCap Motion Capture

We are college students currently trying to use OpenCap motion capture and OpenSim analysis for our project.
In using the CMC feature we are facing difficulties in getting the right tracking tasks after Inverse kinematics.
How do we generate/edit the necessary files for our models after downloading data from OpenCap?(For Eg Opencap doesn't give us TrackingTasks an Actuator Constraints.xml files)

Hi Swwarnav,

You can check out the CMC example files (e.g. in the Gait2354_Simbody example files). By comparing the differences in the model in the example to the model that you are using from your motion trials, you should be able to edit the CMC setup files for your own project. If you run into issues with this, happy to help further.

Hope this helps!
Jon

Thank you for your timely response. We tried running CMC tasks from various models including the 'Rajagopal' one which seemed most similar. We are facing two issues : a) the motion being very different from the one captured using OpenCap b) the simulation being terminated by an error at certain points in the timeframe.
We are attaching our motion file and the error message for reference.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
