OpenSim 2.2 Models

I ran CMC with the 2.0 Arm26 model in the 2.2 version of OpenSim and got significantly different actuation forces than when I ran it in the 2.0 version. When I ran CMC with the 2.2 Arm26 model in both versions, I get the same actuation forces. So it seems something has significantly changed with the model format between versions 2.2 and 2.0
What has changed between the 2 model formats to cause this difference? (I used the files from the example folder to run CMC, except I increased the time range to 0-1.0 seconds).
