Hi all,

I was wondering if OpenSim currently has a feature to perform dynamic optimization of maximum height jumping.

This has been done previously but not in OpenSim. The reference to the paper that perform this simulation is below:

Hi Laurence,

There's no Dynamic Optimization tool out of the box in OpenSim, however, there's an API that you can use to write your own program to solve the problem. Please consult the Doxygen documentation included with the OpenSim distribution as well as the OptimizationExample also included with the distribution to get started, and let us know if you need help.
