Hi all,
I was wondering why opensim does not report the inter-segment forces when I perform an "Inverse dynamic" or "RRA" on my data? The output *.sto file only has values of torques at each joint, but not the forces.

Hi Sina,

The typical definition of Inverse Dynamics does not include solving for inter-segmental forces (e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inverse_dynamics). There's a separate Analysis that you can perform in OpenSim to compute these forces however, it's called JointReaction Analysis.
