RRA for other movement than walking

Post by Lydia Willemse » Fri Aug 19, 2011 7:58 am

Hi,

Is RRA also suitable for other movements than walking, such as jumping, sit to stand, squatting?
I'm wandering because the userguide explicitely states: ‘Residual reduction is primarily intended for gait, i.e., movements like walking and running where the model is displaced relative to the ground while subject to ground reaction forces and torques.’ Since I'm using a model with 1 leg, pelvis and 1 GRF, RRA would result in a more appropriate model.
