hi,
I have an external force fie named wangyu-xingzou-0kg-3km-1-txt.txt(you can see part of it such as the figure below or in the atachment). Really I haved been confused many days.Can anyone help me explain what the label means in it and tell me what relations are between it and a external force file in the OpenSim ?

Please consult the documentation/user guide section on specifying External Loads, or the documentation page below and the files included in Tutorial 3 for details regarding the format of the file and please let us know if you continue to have questions.
