Hi, I have a question about using OpenSim in some hospitals. Use some hospitals OpenSim to analyze just walking, angles, moments, forces by walking?
Can you tell me some examples?


And just one question. Are there any kids models? Or make I fatal mistake, if I use models for adults and incorrect the parameters of model?

Hi Jarmila,

Thanks for your interest in OpenSim. I'd suggest taking a look at Tutorial #1, included with the OpenSim distribution for an example clinical application of OpenSim. Tutorials 2 and 3 provide some more applications.

We provide generic models that can be scaled to the size of child-age subjects. For example, you can review this paper by Katherine Steele:
