Problems with RRA and CMC

Hi,
I am simulating a jump-landing motion for the Gait 2392 model with the left leg removed and max isometric forces doubled and am having issues with RRA and CMC.
When running inverse kinematics and inverse dynamics the motion is correct and very natural. When I run RRA the tool completes successfully without any errors reported but the motion is off. Approximately 10 ms after landing the model begins to move upwards and slide to the left (towards the missing leg). The same issue occurs when running CMC but to greater extremes.
Any ideas what might be causing this?
