plotting muscle activation

how I plot muscle activation calculated by CMC to compare it with EMG file.

Hi Abeer,

Normally CMC produces a states file that contains the muscle activations computed during the CMC run (e.g. arm26_states.sto). Since activation is a state of the muscle you can extract/plot activations from this file in the plotter.
