CMC ankle constraint

I am using the RunningSimulation model to develop a pipeline to study walking gait. I have run RRA with good average residuals for the timeframe when the right foot is in contact with the force plate in my grf data.
When I run CMC for the same timeframe, the right ankle extends continuously throughout and performs a full rotation. I have tried changing values in the constraints, actuators and tasks files but nothing seems to stop the excessive rotation.
Has anyone else encountered this problem (or similar) or can offer any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
