Opensim crash running muscle analysis and scaling

Hello all

I am currently trying to run a modified upper extremity model in opensim 3.0. Everytime I try to run the scale tool or the muscle analysis tools. Opensim will crash if I attempt to run scaling or muscle analysis. Has anyone experienced the error "Not enough values for double property default_value; input=''. Expected 1, got 0." I have attached the model and data to simulate the problem.
