RRA Troubleshooting

Greetings,
I am working on the standard pipeline and I'm generating an interesting error when I try RRA. It appears that in the first step, a large acceleration occurs around the ankles which causes the joints to spin rapidly. RRA still manages to complete and tells me that the average residual for all of the pelvis forces and moments are zero.
Here's what I've done so far:
Scaled 2354 model to my subject
Lock the MTPs, and the Lumbar Coords (no upperbody markers, the subject walked with their arms across their chest)
Run IK (total squared error = 0.0021982, marker error: RMS=0.00937698, max=0.0161669 (LSH3))
Run ID
Overall, the kinematics and estimate forces/moments appear reasonable for a 1.0 m/s walk.
I've tried editing the RRA tasks file to reduce the weights and turn off the ankle coordinates but I am still unsuccessful. I have attached a zip with everything needed to run the GUI tools up to RRA. If you have any suggestions, please let me know!
Thanks,
Daniel
