unable to run scaling tool due to unresolved issue with either markers or data.
We're trying to input joint angles that we have collected of people squatting. With help from Mr. Habib, it was concluded that adding virtual markers to the model could resolve our issue. However, when we try to input the joint angles collected using the scale tool, the GUI doesn't not allow us to click the run button. We have tried doing this with the joint angles as .trc, .mot, and .sto files and had no luck.

Hi,
The file used (.txt) has multiple problems:
1. incorrect extension (use .mot or .sto as appropriate)
2. Header is incorrect format (check examples included with distribution)
3. "Time" should be replaced with "time" in header
4. Coordinate names in the file do not match the attached model.
Attached is a fixed file that fixes first three problems so at least can be loaded into the GUI though coordinate names are still in mismatch.
You may need to specify a trc file (even if empty) to proceed but please compare your file to the attached one for future reference and fix coordinate names/labels in the mot file you use as needed and let us know how it goes and if you can run scaling.
It'd be great to have these issues posted on the user forum so that all users can benefit.
