Scale tool - Issue with reading in a .trc file

Hello All,
I am having an issue with fixing an error in the .trc file to go forward with in the scaling process. The scale tool cannot read the files and I see "From File-NOT FOUND" in pink color for all the markers in the "StaticPose Weights". The names of the experimental and virtual markers match perfectly. I checked for any extra spaces in the .trc file but couldn't figure out what the error is. The header of the .trc file seems to match with the format prescribed by opensim. Could anybody please let me know what might be causing this error. I have attached the screenshots of the error and the .trc file showing the header to this post. Any help regarding this issue would be appreciated.
