Problem with muscle addition

I have added a new muscle (Thelen2003muscle format) and also included in reflex controller so that it can be activated at appropriate ankle movement. However when I run the simulation, the plot shows 0 value (no change) in muscle length or force with respect to ankle movement. I would like to know if there is any additional settings I need to perform so that plot shows change in value of muscle length or force
