normalized fiber length values drop down to zero

We did a muscle analysis to have an assessment of the muscular working range of the muscles in our model in specific trials. Looking at the results of the normalized fiber length it is very strange that for some muscles in short time periods the normalized fiberlength drops down to zero.
Our first assumption was, that this might be due to the non-alignment of the muscle wrapping points during scaling, which causes sudden unsteady changes in the in the working direction of the muscles as soon as the wrapping point diminishes. But the manual aligning of the wrapping points didnĀ“t lead to an improvement.
Anyone has an explanation for this?

Very good question!
I also noticed this very weird behaviour and couldn't find an explanation/solution for it.
