Muscle Excursion Help-Deadline Tomorrow(4/15/14)

I am working with a forearm tendon transfer model and I would like to be able to tell the ECRL muscle exactly how much excursion it should go through in a forward dynamics simulation, but I have no idea how to do so. Is there a way to limit the muscle excursion length such that it can be set to a specific value at the end of the simulation? My deadline for having this task completed is tomorrow, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
