Actuator constraints option missing in RRA Tool

Hi,
I just started to learn OpenSim. I am following the example of "Leg Muscle Force Estimation in Stance"

When I trying to use the RRA tool, I found there's no option to input actuator constraints in my OpenSim RRA tool interface. In the attached file, the second image is the RRA tool layout of OpenSim on my computer. Anyone knows what's wrong?
