Mirroring markers

Hi all,
Thanks for all the help you've given me so far.
I have an openSim model with markers placed on one leg. Ist it possible to just mirror them across the XZ plane to the other leg, or do I have to place them one by one again? I am not interested in saving time (15 min or so), but more in symmetry and consistency.
